ROBBERY SUSPECTS ARRESTED

{LEAD} A telephone tip to police has led to the capture of two men accused of robbing a Radio Shack store in the 7500 block of Tidewater Drive June 9.

Police arrested Russell King, 43, of the 2900 block of Kimball Terrace, and Harold Knox, 42, of the 1000 block of DuBois Drive, Tuesday evening.

{REST} Detectives in three cities are investigating a rash of burglaries at Radio Shack stores.

Managers of the chain of electronics outlets have reported at least a dozen similar incidents in South Hampton Roads since January.

Police released a security-camera videotape Monday that showed two men frantically snatching a television sets and three compact-disc players before speeding off in a small car.
