LUCILLE POWELL

{LEAD} Lucille Powell, of the 800 block of Goff St., a domestic worker, died June 18, 1994, in Norfolk Health Care.

Mrs. Powell was born in Bertie County, N.C. She was the widow of Marshall Powell and was a Baptist.

{REST} Survivors include three sisters, Isabella Welch, Mathewgrew Haggi-Williams and Margaret Davis, all of Norfolk; a brother, Otis Narnhill of Greensboro, N.C.; and two grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at noon Thursday in Carlos A. Howard Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Anthony Moses. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. The remains will be ready for viewing Wednesday at 3 p.m. The family will assemble at 2611 Newport Ave., Thursday at 11 a.m. for the processional.
