ELIZABETH H. GALE

{LEAD} Elizabeth Hubbard Gale, 70, of the 3600 block of Nottoway St., died June 22, 1994, in her daughter's residence.

Mrs. Gale was born in Norfolk. She was a retired registered nurse from private duty and hospital duty and an office nurse and manager for Dr. B. Arthur Hubbard Jr. for 34 years. She was a member of Ocean View Presbyterian Church and Order of the Eastern Star Norview Chapter (NU)131 and was the widow of Roy W. Gale Jr.

{REST} Survivors include a daughter, Deborah G. Struzzieri, and son-in-law, Michael A. Struzzieri, both of Chesapeake; a sister, Lorrayne H. Spear, and two brothers, Dr. B. Arthur Hubbard, Jr. and Elbert Glenn Hubbard, all of Norfolk; a grandson, Brian M. Struzzieri of Chesapeake; and several nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late Benjamin Arthur Sr. and Josephine Owen Hubbard.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. James E. Carriker. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral home. Donations may be made to Ocean View Presbyterian Church.
