JAMES R. NEE

{LEAD} James R. Nee, 69, of the 900 block of Culver Lane, died June 25, 1994, in a Virginia Beach hospital.

Mr. Nee was retired from Southwestern Bell and worked with Virginia Beach General Hospital as a Lab Courier. Mr. Nee was a highly-decorated Veteran of the 315th Infantry during World War II. He was born in Norfolk, Virginia, and was a member of St. Johns Apostles Catholic Church in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

{REST} Survivors include his wife, Agnes M. Nee of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his mother, Miriam F. Drew of Virginia Beach, Virginia; two brothers, Richard W. Nee of Las Vegas, Nevada, and William D. Nee of Virginia Beach, Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of The Resurrection will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 27, 1994 at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts. Laskin Road Chapel by Father Dewright E. Shrader. Burial will be in Eastern Shore Chapel Cemetery Virginia Beach.

The family will receive friends today in the funeral home from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts. Laskin Road Chapel are handling the arrangements. The family will be at 940 Culver Lane Virginia Beach following the graveside service.
