{LEAD} George Penzold Page II went to be with the Lord June 23, 1994, at 4:30 p.m.

George was born March 29, 1947, in Norfolk to George and Eleanor Page. He graduated from Washington and Lee University and married his wife, Melinda, in 1970.

{REST} He is survived by his mother, Eleanor Page; wife, Melinda Page; son, George Penzold Page III; daughter, Mallory Moore Page; sister, Bradford White.

George was the co-founder and executive vice president of Dillon Gage Inc. from 1976 to present. George co-founded Helps International, a Christian relief development non-profit organization working among the impoverished in the highland of Guatemala. George was a devoted Christian husband, father, son, brother, businessman, humanitarian and friend. George and his family were members of Family Life Bible Church, Dallas.

A graveside service will be Friday, July 1, 1994, at 1 p.m. in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to the George Page Memorial Fund, in care of Dillon Gage Inc., 15301 Dallas Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75248.

Absent from the body, present with the Lord.
