ARTHUR F. ROGERS

{LEAD} Arthur Fernell Rogers of the 3900 block of Granby St., a former groundskeeper with the City of Norfolk, died June 27, 1994, in a local hospital.

Mr. Rogers was born in Conway, N.C. He was a member of The Way of the Cross COGIC, the Mass Choir, Adult Choir and the Men's Department.

{REST} Survivors include his wife, Charlene Rogers; his mother, Darlene Branch; his father, McArthur Gay; and his stepfather, Jay Hazel Branch, all of Norfolk; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in The Way of the Cross COGIC by Elder Louis Hines. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Family and friends will assemble at 6806 Kenny Lane, Portsmouth. Graves Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
