INFORMATION WITHHELD ON INJURED INFANT

{LEAD} INFORMATION WITHHELD ON INJURED INFANT: At the request of family members, officials at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters are releasing no new information about the condition of a 2-month-old Engelhard child injured in a wreck Tuesday afternoon in Nags Head.

Hannah G. VanSalisbury was listed in critical condition Tuesday night after being transferred from Outer Banks Medical Center to Norfolk General and then to Children's Hospital.

{REST} She was hurt at approximately 3:30 p.m. in a head-on collision involving a vehicle driven by her mother, Claudia D. VanSalisbury, 26, of Engelhard and a truck driven by Bradley W. Brickhouse, 28, of Columbia.

Brickhouse was released Tuesday night from Outer Banks Medical Center. Claudia VanSalisbury was transferred to Norfolk General Hospital and discharged Tuesday night, according to hospital spokeswoman Deborah Myers.
