Athanasios Makris, 65, of the 6100 block of Granby St., a baker, died June 30, 1994, in a local hospital.
Mr. Makris, a native of Thessali, Greece, was a member of the Greek Orthodox Church of the Annunciation in Norfolk.
Survivors include his wife, Frances Makris; two sons, Paul Makris and James Makris, both of Norfolk; three sisters and a brother, all of Greece.
A church service will be conducted at 3 p.m. today at the Greek Orthodox Church of the Annunciation by Father Constantine P. Rogakos. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to the Greek Church of the Annunciation.
