For months now, I've been hearing just how smart Bill Clinton is. I've never believed it.
Now, however, I will at least give him credit for being cunning.
This clever man, with the assistance of former president Jimmy Carter, seems to have convinced Kim Il Sung, president of North Korea, that he (Kim) just might be dealing with someone with a finger on the war button, who is as unstable as himself.
