Ruth D. Stead (nee LaRue), formerly of Yeadon, Pa., died suddenly on July 3, 1994.
Mrs. Stead was the wife of Darryl E. Stead; the mother of Robert, Thomas and James Stead; and the grandmother of Kristy, Tracey, Stephanie and James Jr.
Relatives, friends and members of the Yeadon Fire Co. are invited to attend her funeral service Friday at 10 a.m. at the Logan Funeral Home, 805 Longacre Blvd, Yeadon, Pa. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. Interment will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Broomall, Pa.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers contributions to the Yeadon Presbyterian Church, Yeadon, Pa. 19050.
