Dennis Eugene Sikes Sr., 66, of the 3700 block of Dare Circle, died July 3, 1994, in his home.
Mr. Sikes was born in Grafton, Ill.
Survivors include three daughters, Linda Kay of Vienna, Va., Charlene Bond of Washington, D.C., Denise Ivy and her husband, Ellis Ivy Jr. of Norfolk; one son, Dennis E. Sikes Jr. of Norfolk; one sister, Henrietta Tusano of Pittsburgh; one brother, Robert Sikes of Pittsburgh; 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Warren Chapman. Burial will be private. Donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
