Carl J. Wagner, 82, of the 2400 block of Crepe Myrtle Lane, died July 5, 1994, in Norfolk.
Mr. Wagner was born in Norfolk and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. He was retired from the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority and was a private contractor. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret C. Wagner; one daughter; one son; three brothers; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
