Marie C. Field, 82, of the 100 block of Suburban Parkway, died July 13, 1994, in her residence.
Mrs. Field was a native of Wamesit, Mass., and was the widow of John Everet Fairbanks Field. She was a member of the Josephine Taylor Circle of The King's Daughters.
Survivors include two daughters, Elenor Field Bradshaw of Norfolk and Julia Field Arnold of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; a son, Fairbanks Lincoln Field of Norfolk; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at noon Saturday in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, by Father John J. Dorgan. Burial will be private at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters. Following the memorial service the family will be at 1141 Jamestown Crescent in Norfolk.
