Jo Ann Blair-Davis, an attorney and shareholder in the law firm of Clark & Stant, has been appointed by Gov. George Allen as a member of the board of visitors of Old Dominion University. She is a graduate of Old Dominion University and the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary.
