EDMOND C. LINDSAY III

   Edmond Carey Lindsay III, 18, died July 24, 1994, in Chesapeake.
   Mr. Lindsay was born in Norfolk and was employed with Ronald Jordon 
Construction Co.
   Survivors include his mother, Jo Anne Cross Lindsay of Chesapeake; his 
father, E. Carey Lindsay Jr. of Virginia Beach; three brothers, Joseph Lindsay
and William Lindsay, both of Chesapeake, and Shawn Lindsay of Virginia Beach; 
maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd M. Cross of Norfolk; paternal 
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. E. Carey Lindsay Sr. of Virginia Beach; and 
godfather, James Kinlaw.
   A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Rosewood 
Memorial Park by the Rev. Steve Wiseman. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown 
Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel, from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday. In lieu of 
flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Carey Lindsay Memorial Fund, 
486 Century Court, Virginia Beach, Va. 23462.
