CHELSEA D. MACK

   Chelsea Dominique-Janay Mack, the infant daughter of Sharon R. 
Williams-Mack and Norman Phillip Mack, of the 5100 block of George Washington 
Highway, died July 23, 1994, in a Norfolk hospital.
   Chelsea was born in Norfolk.
   Survivors include a brother, Phillip Mack of Norfolk; great-grandmother, 
Azzilee Brown of Norfolk; maternal grandmother, Christine and George Williams 
of Portsmouth; and a paternal grandmother, Lula Mae Mack of Norfolk.
   The funeral will be conducted at noon Wednesday in Roosevelt Memorial Park,
Chesapeake, by the Rev. James M. Whitaker. Pretlow & Sons' Funeral Home, 
Chesapeake, is handling arrangements.
