Mrs. Georgina Hay Lytton-White passed away on Saturday, Aug. 6, 1994, in a local nursing home. Mrs. Lytton-White was the widow of Benoni Richard Cleland Lytton-White. She is survived by two daughters and a son, Barbara E. Taylor of Kitty Hawk, N.C., and Cocoa Beach, Fla., Angela L. Fowler of Norfolk and Brian A. Lytton-White of Portsmouth, Va.; a brother, Arthur Hay Johnson of Ottawa, Canada,; six granddaughters; and seven great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Lytton-White was a member of the Banger Operatic Society and the British Club Transatlantic Brides and Parents Association. She was the niece of Lord and Lady Hay of Northern Ireland and the great niece of William Johnston of Bally Kilbeg, County Down, who was a member of the British Parliament for many years.
A memorial service will be held at St. Stephens Episcopal Church, Norfolk, on Tuesday, Aug. 9, 1994, at 7 p.m. Following the service, friends may join the family for a reception. A private interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to St. Stephens Episcopal Church Memorial Fund. Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
