Elizabeth Kelley, 89, of the 4700 block of First Court Road, died Aug. 9, 1994.
She was a member of Morning Star Baptist Church in Virginia Beach and Eastern Star Princess Anne Chapter 27.
Survivors include a niece, Edith V. Hill, and a nephew, Richard Willis.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Friday in Morning Star Baptist Church by the Rev. Charles Williams. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Hale Funeral Home, Norfolk, is handling arrangements.
