Pearl Estell ``Sugar'' Simmon of the 7500 block of Diven St., a homemaker, died Aug. 9, 1994, in Virginia Beach General Hospital.
Mrs. Simmon was born in Princess Anne County, daughter of the late George and Lula Owens. She was the widow of Henry Simmon and a member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, Norfolk.
A funeral will be at noon Friday in Mount Pleasant Baptist Church by the Rev. Keith Cook. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will be at 2292 Princess Anne Road, Virginia Beach. Walton Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
