Jonathan Chaing, 39, of the 3500 block of Green Garden Circle, a retired glass blower and designer, died Aug. 7, 1994, in Virginia Beach.
Mr. Chaing was born in Shanghai, China. He was employed with Glass Baron and was a member of First Chinese Baptist Church, Virginia Beach.
Survivors include his mother, Yu-Chai Lin; his father, Shao-Lian Jiang; and a brother, Siming Jiang, all of Virginia Beach.
A graveside service, conducted by Pastor Brian MacDonald, will be held at Princess Anne Memorial Park on Saturday following visitation at Virginia Beach Christian Church, where the family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. A memorial service will be held Sunday at First Chinese Baptist Church, 228 Pritchard Road, Virginia Beach.
