Laurie Godfrey Bryan, 32, of the 100 block of W. Kegman Road, died Thursday in a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Bryan was born in Norfolk and was the daughter of John M. and Jean Jones Godfrey of Chesapeake and the wife of Paul D. ``Yogi'' Bryan. She was a computer typist at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. She attended Greenbrier Baptist Church.
Other survivors include two sisters, Donna G. Boyd of Greenville, N.C., and Bonnie G. Mackley of Chesapeake; a brother, Mike Godfrey of Chesapeake; and a special friend, Sunshine.
A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Oman Family Funeral Home, Great Bridge, with burial in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will be at 1307 Kay Ave., Portlock section of Chesapeake. The family suggests that memorials be made to Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters.
