Mildred Tucker-Savage, 47, of the 900 block of Suburban Parkway, died Aug. 9, 1994, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Mrs. Tucker-Savage was born in Portsmouth and was a member of Garden of Prayer Temple COGIC, Portsmouth.
Survivors include her husband, Phillip H. Savage; a daughter, Rachel Stubbs of Portsmouth; her stepfather, Ezell Gaynor of Portsmouth; three sisters, Bernice Tucker of New York City, Almeda Tucker and Irma Archie, both of Portsmouth; and a brother, James L. Tucker Jr. of Portsmouth.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Garden of Prayer Temple COGIC, Portsmouth, by Bishop L.E. Willis Sr. Burial will be in Gethsemane Baptist Church Cemetery, Suffolk. Viewing will begin at noon Sunday in Corprew Funeral Home. The body will be taken to the church at 10 a.m. Monday. Family and friends will assemble at 926 Suburban Parkway, the home of Ezell Gaynor.
