AUDIE L. FISHER JR.

Audie Lee Fisher Jr., 79, of the 1800 block of Arctic Ave., died August 13, 1994, in Lynn Shores Manor Nursing Home.

He was the husband of Helen Smith Fisher, who died in 1987, and the son of the late Audie L. Fisher Sr. and Gertrude Robbins Fisher. He was predeceased by his brother, Marshall J. Fisher. He retired in 1989 from Fuel and Feed as part-owner after 35 years of service. He was a member of the Virginia Beach First Baptist Church.

He is survived by four sisters, Marjorie Minton, Lucille Fisher, Lillian G, Edge, all of Virginia Beach, and Alice Cherrigan of Ivernees, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Maestas Funeral Home, Baltic Ave. Chapel, by the Rev. Ted A. James. Burial will be in Eastern Shore Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to the Virginia Beach Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 945, Virginia Beach, Va., 23451, or to the American Cancer Society, 2710 Ellsmere Ave., Norfolk, Va., 23513.
