Forrest Albert Brockett, of the 1900 block of Lafontaine Ave., died Aug. 10, 1994, in Jacoby Hospital, New York City.
Mr. Brockett was born in Princess Anne County, Va.
Survivors include his wife, Bernice Richards Brockett of the Bronx, N.Y.; a daughter, Melissa Amanda Brockett of the Bronx; a son, Gideon R. Brockett of the Bronx; two sisters, Edgeville Brockett of Albany, N.Y., and Mary Clemons of Norfolk; and three brothers, William Brockett of New York City, Charles A. Brockett of Chesapeake and Garland Mosley of Virginia Beach.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Mount Bethel Baptist Church, Indian River Road, by the Rev. Ajack Scott. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. A wake will be held Tuesday, Aug. 16, 1994, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. in Hale Funeral Home Chapel, 2100 Ballentine Blvd., Norfolk.
