Russell Foreman, of the 2300 block of Silvertown Ave., died Aug. 12, 1994.
Mr. Foreman was born in Princess Anne County and was the widower of Thelma Foreman.
Survivors include four daughters, Bettye J. Cuffee, Connie Foreman, Annette Foreman, all of Chesapeake, and Tracey Sutton of Virginia Beach; six sons, Jerry Spence of Moyock, N.C., Jackie Spence, Rickie Spence, Milton Spence, Michael Foreman and Paul Foreman, all of Chesapeake; a sister, Jessie Bright of Virginia Beach; 30 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, Chesapeake, by the Rev. Robert Happer. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. The family will be at 1320 Hoover Ave., Chesapeake. Community Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
