Destini Gama Smith, of the 200 block of E. Oak Leaf Court, infant daughter of Ophelia K. Smith and Ernest A. Smith, died Aug. 13, 1994, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
She was born in Norfolk.
She is also survived by her maternal grandmother, Soloma Jenson Abbey of Liberia.
A funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Altmeyer Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
