Richard W. Polinsky, 59, a retired chief petty officer, died Aug. 16, 1994, in his residence.
Mr. Polinsky was born in Philadelphia and was retired from the U.S. Navy after 30 years.
Survivors include a daughter, Christina A. Polinsky of Springfield, Ill.; a son, Richard D. Polinsky of Virginia Beach; two sisters; two brothers; and a grandchild, Elizabeth Polinsky of Virginia Beach.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Arlington National Cemetery. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday.
