CRIME REPORT

Lists of property crimes and robberies in the city are provided to The Clipper by Chesapeake Police. They include the address at which the crime occurred, the missing items and the approximate date. For robberies, a description of suspects also is provided. BUTTS ROAD BOROUGH (The rural southeast section)

Grand larceny, 500 block of Vicksdell Crescent. Missing: two large tote bags, pager, cellular phone, phone charger and a Dictaphone. Aug. 10 or 11. DEEP CREEK BOROUGH (Including the Great Dismal Swamp)

Residential burglary, 3700 block of S. Military Highway. Missing: $300 in food stamps. Aug. 9.

Grand larceny, 800 block of Geneva Ave. Missing: 1980 Oldsmobile, red, license FOA-594. Aug. 8 or 9.

Grand larceny, 900 block of Anchorage Drive. Missing: two speakers. Aug. 9 or 10.

Armed robbery, Camelot and Roundtable streets. The victim was walking when a tan-colored car pulled onto Rountable Court. A man got out of the car, displayed a semi-automatic pistol and said, ``Give me your money.'' While he looked through her purse, she fled. Description of suspect: black male, 5-feet-6, 150 pounds, thin build, wore a black wool hat, black jacket and black jeans. Aug. 14.

Residential burglary, 1200 block of Aaron Court. Missing: drill press, weedeater, two shovels, saw, grinder, two drills, soldering gun and tools. Aug. 13.

Grand larceny, 1700 block of West Road. Missing: an aviation headset and a moving map. Between Aug. 11 and 13.

Grand larceny, 500 block of Windwood Drive. Missing: 1985 Dodge, red and white, D-100 pickup, Virginia license ZWX-8397. Aug. 13 or 14.

Car jacking, 1400 block of N. George Washington Highway, J.B.'s Gallery. The victim was near his parked vehicle when two black males came out of a nearby wooded area. One pointed a small chrome handgun at him and said, ``Give me your keys.'' A second suspect grabbed the victim from behind. The 1994 blue Chevrolet Lumina, license FRA-5498, was last seen traveling south on George Washington Highway. Aug. 13. PLEASANT GROVE BOROUGH (Including Great Bridge)

Residential burglary, 2000 block of Cedar Road. Missing: $50 in coin. Aug. 5.

Grand larceny, 400 block of Currituck Drive. Missing: stereo. Aug. 9.

Grand larceny, 700 block of Sandlewood Lane. Missing: scanner, compact disk player, cassettes and compact disks. Aug. 9.

Grand larceny, 900 block of Westgate Court. Missing: camcorder. Between Aug. 6 and 8.

Grand larceny, 700 block of Montebello Circle. Missing: phone. Aug. 8.

Grand larceny, 900 block of Montebello Circle. Missing: 1990 Honda, white, license 589-481. Aug. 8 or 9.

Residential burglary, 3900 block of Windsong Court. Missing: mountain bike, wrist watch, diamond ring and $85. July 31 or Aug. 1.

Grand larceny, 3100 block of Hancock Drive. Missing: black and yellow five horsepower go-cart. Aug. 12. SOUTH NORFOLK BOROUGH (The old city of South Norfolk)

Residential burglary, 2100 block of Oxford Road. Nothing reported missing. Aug. 5.

Residential burglary, 1400 block of Birch Leap Road. Missing: purse. Aug. 7.

Commercial burglary, 1400 block of Atlantic Ave. Missing: double barrel Winchester shotgun, air conditioner, one fax machine, a space heater, battery charger and 8-track stereo. Aug. 7.

Commercial burglary, 2100 block of Oxford Road. Nothing reported missing. Aug. 4 or 5.

Commercial burglary, 1400 block of Atlantic Ave. Missing: two Skil saws and other tools. Aug. 6 or 7.

Grand larceny, 2000 block of Oxford Road. Missing: city sticker. Aug. 6.

Grand larceny, 200 block of Freeman Ave. Missing: generator. Between Aug. 6 and 10.

Residential burglary, 3000 block of Parkside Drive. Missing: television. Aug. 11.

Residential burglary, 500 block of D St. Nothing reported missing.

Strong-arm robbery, 1700 block of Acorn St. The victim was pushing his bike when he was hit on the left side of his face by a man. His bike was taken. Aug. 14.

Armed robbery, 1400 block of Poindexter St., End Zone Bar. The victim was about to enter his pickup. That's the last thing he remembers. When he revived, his wallet and money were missing. Description of suspect: black male, 6-feet, 225 pounds, large build, wore a yellow shirt. Aug. 13.

Residential burglary, 1800 block of Liberty St. Missing: eight shirts, 14 T-shirts, eight pairs of shorts and $860. Aug. 12.

Grand larceny, Atlantic and Myers streets. Missing: portable telephone. Aug. 13 or 14.

Petty larceny, 2200 block of Ardmore Ave. Missing: tools. Aug. 14.

Grand larceny, 1800 block of Persimmon St. Missing: 1984 Mercury Lynx, red, Virginia license LLD-447. Description of suspect: black male, 5-feet-8, 175 pounds, thin build. Aug. 13.

Grand larceny, 2000 block of Brookland Drive. Missing: 1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass, burgundy/white, license DX-3450. Aug. 13. WASHINGTON BOROUGH (Including Indian River and Greenbrier)

Grand larceny, 200 block of St. Brides Road. Missing: stereo and compact disks. Aug. 4 or 5.

Petty larceny, 300 block of Coventry Close. Missing: battery. Aug. 5.

Armed robbery, 1100 block of S. Military Highway. The victim was walking behind the ABC store when a man approached, demanded money and threatened to hit the victim with a fishing pole. Description of suspect: black male, 20s, 5-feet-9.
