John Anthony Tluchak, 69, of the 1000 block of George Washington Highway North, died Thursday in a Chesapeake nursing home.
Mr. Tluchak was born in Norfolk. He was the son of the late Charles Joseph Sr. and Maria Anna Tluchak and was the husband of the late Lucille Margaret High Tluchak.
Survivors include two brothers, Charles J. Tluchak Jr. of Richmond and Steve F. Tluchak of Chesapeake.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Christian Haydinger. Oman Family Funeral Home, Great Bridge, is handling arrangements.
