Daisy Mae Carter of the 7500 block of Rosefield Drive, died Aug. 25, 1994 in a local hospital.
She was born in Norfolk, daughter of the late Daisy and Charles Mosley. She was a member of St. Andrew's Church of God in Christ, Norfolk. She was retired as a housekeeper from Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Survivors include a daughter, Jacqueline Harris of Norfolk; two sons, Darren Carter of Virginia Beach and Jason Carter of Norfolk; a son-in-law, Roberteau Harris of Norfolk; two sisters, Joyce Mosley and Sylvia Mosley, both of Norfolk; three brothers, John Mosley of Virginia Beach and Melvin Mosley and Clarence Mosley, both of Richmond; grandchildren, Dawn Harris, Roberteau Harris IV and John P. Harris, all of Norfolk; and a host of relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in St. Andrew's Church of God in Christ, Norfolk, by the Rev. Lauretta Jones. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
