Carl Edward Toner, 62, a retired plant operator, died Aug. 25, 1994, in his residence.
Mr. Toner was born in Xenia, Ohio, and was a Protestant. He retired from Kelco-Merck in San Diego, Calif. after 23 years.
Survivors include his wife, Janis Mae Toner; a daughter, Judy Dawson and a son, Michael Scott Toner, both of Virginia Beach; a sister, Betty Watt of Lemon Grove, Calif.; a granddaughter, Kaylee Dawson of Virginia Beach; a son-in-law, Chris L. Dawson of Virginia Beach; and many close friends.
A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Monday in Princess Anne Memorial Park by the Rev. Edward S. Solomon Jr. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel, from 6 to 8 p.m. today.
