Russell R. Lewis, 81, of the 700 block of Jefferson St., died Aug. 26, 1994, in his residence.
He was the widower of Pauline H. Lewis.
He is survived by two daughters, Ruth D. Gordon and Linda J. Lewis; two sons, Andrew Lewis and Matthew R. Lewis; three brothers, Haywood Lewis, Otis Lewis and Boaz Lewis; and five grandchildren, Russana Lewis, Luciana Stewart, Hope Gordon, Kristiana Gordon and Edward Lewis.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Fisher Funeral Home by the Rev. Vernon Battle. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Gardens.
