Police are investigating the slaying of a 64-year-old man who was found dead Sunday night at 28th Street and Debree Avenue.
The body of James Willey of the 400 block of 30th St. was found at 9:26 p.m.
Witnesses told police they heard two people arguing, and then gunfire. Willey died at the scene. His body was taken to the Norfolk medical examiner, who said the cause of death was a gunshot wound.
