Alberta A. ``Billie'' Parker, 79, of the 500 block of Fishermans Road, a homemaker, died Sept. 11, 1994, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Parker was born in Norfolk. She was the widow of Albert L. Parker and was a member of Burroughs Memorial Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Kay Hartman of Norfolk; two sons, William Wright of Layfayette, Calif., and Albert L. Parker Jr. of Virginia Beach; a sister, Annie M. Collins of Onancock; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 8 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
