Nancy Lee Juzwak, 36, of the 800 block of Cleary Court, died Sept. 17, 1994, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Juzwak was born in Huntington Station, N.Y., was a waitress at Catherine's Restaurant and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church, Chesapeake.
Survivors include her husband, Steven Juzwak; a daughter, Rachael F. Juzwak, and a son, Michael P. Juzwak, both of Virginia Beach; her parents, Ann L. Von Thaden of Sebastian, Fla., and James Herbert Malone of Cedar Island, N.C.; a brother, David Malone of Mastic, N.Y.; and maternal grandmother, Dorothy Ellen Caspers of Wilmington, N.C.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Immanuel Baptist Church by the Rev. David L. Libengood. Interment will be private at a later date. The family will receive friends 7-8 p.m. Monday at Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, and will be at the residence at other times.
