Minnie Sexton Hedgebeth, 78, of 9430 Peanut Drive, a retired paper duster, died Sept. 24, 1994, at her home.
Mrs. Hedgebeth was born in Roper, N.C. She was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church and was retired from Union Camp where she worked for 20 years. She was the widow of Claudie Hedgebeth.
Survivors include one son, Roy Leighton Sexton Jr. of Richmond, Va.; two daughters, Barbara Hasty Rountree of Franklin and Linda Sexton Pulley of Windsor; three stepdaughters, Odell Holland of Virginia Beach, Eloise Vick of Leesburg, Fla., and Doris Jean Gomer of Suffolk; and grandchildren, Frankie Hasty, Travis Hasty, Anita H. Butler and Henry L. Pulley; and one great-grandson, Ronald Harrell III.
Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. today at Holland-Rideout Funeral Home, Franklin, and other times at 9430 Peanut Drive, Windsor. The funeral will be at 3:30 p.m. Monday in Holland-Rideout Chapel by Dr. Richard Peerey. Burial will be Southampton Memorial Park.
