Nannie Laura Hadnot, 84, a housewife, died Sept. 21, 1994, in Maryview Hospital.
Mrs. Hadnot was born in Lynchburg, Va. She was a charter member of West End United Methodist Church in Portsmouth and Westhaven Neighborly Club. She was predeceased by her husband Joe Ward Hadnot in 1979.
Survivors include two daughters, Jo Ann Rodeen of Yuba, Calif., and Peggy Yale of Jacksonville, Fla.; two sons, Ernest L. Hadnot of Jacksonville, Fla., and Bernard J. Hadnot of Portsmouth; a sister, Elizabeth Jennings of Norfolk; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Olive Branch Cemetery by the Rev. Robert Hawkins. Altmeyer Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
