Ethel L. Moore, 61, of the 500 block of E. Liberty St., a homemaker, died Sept. 23, 1994, in Lake Taylor Hospital.
She was born in Farmville, N.C., daughter of the late Annie S. and Walter Moore Sr. She was a member of First Baptist Church Lamberts Point.
Survivors include a brother, Walter Moore Jr. of Philadelphia; three aunts, Mary L. Mapson of Reston, Va., Gladys Ellis of Farmville, N.C., and Jean Reeves of Washington, D.C.; four uncles, George W. Shelley of Chesapeake, Garfield Shelley of Norfolk, Joe L. Shelley of District Heights, Md., Manuel Shelley of Seat Pleasant, Md.; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Hale Funeral Home by the Rev. M.L. Williams. Burial will be in Jones Memorial Park, Virginia Beach. The family will assemble at 1018 Main Creek Road, Chesapeake.
