Lulu Wyatt Bailey, 84, died Saturday, Oct. 1, 1994, at the Mayfair House in Portsmouth.
Mrs. Bailey was the widow of the late Cecil W. Bailey and the late Roy D. Bull. She was also predeceased by her parents, John G. Wyatt and Sadie Scott Wyatt. She was a member of Capeville United Methodist Church.
Survivors include an uncle, William L. Scott of Easton, Md. and several cousins, Lucille Floyd Belda of Cape Charles, Va., Eleanor J. Lynn of Alexandria, Va., and many caring and loving friends.
The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Capeville Masonic Cemetery by the Rev. Jack D. Pruitt. Family will join friends in Wilkins-Doughty Funeral Home, Cape Charles, today from 10 a.m. to noon.
