VIVIAN A. WHITE

Vivian Arthur White, 77, of the 800 block of Pacific Ave., died Oct. 1, 1994, in Portsmouth.

Mrs. White, a native of West New York, N.J., was the widow of Francis Joseph White. She was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church, the Christ Child's Society and Maryview Hospital Auxiliary.

Survivors include her daughter, Elizabeth A. White of Seabrook, Md.; her son, Colin F. White of Manassas, Va.; two sisters, Eva Neubauer of New Jersey and Elizabeth Patrich of California; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Paul's Catholic Church by the Rev. James Dorson. Burial will be 10 a.m. Friday in Arlington National Cemetery. A Christian wake service will be held at 6 p.m. today at Foster Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Roof Fund of St. Paul's Catholic Church or to the Portsmouth Humane Society.
