FORGET THE PIPELINE. TAP THE OCEAN

I ask myself when is Hampton Roads going to wake up? Virginia Beach has spent $34 million on the Lake Gaston pipeline and has not yet received the first gallon of water. If the Beach did it my way, it could have plenty of water.

The ocean will never run dry.

Take that $34 million and build a desalting plant and tax everyone in Hampton Roads $1 per year. The desalting plant would be paid for now.

It is stupid to keep on paying for one study after another and getting nowhere.
