Nellie Meakin Bray, 78, of the 100 block of Elwood Ave., died Oct. 5, 1994, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Bray, a native of Norfolk, was a member of Ghent Methodist Church in Norfolk. She was a past president of Junior Women's Club and a member of Town and Gown.
Survivors include her husband, Edward N. Bray; two daughters, Ann B. Wilson of Virginia Beach and Sandra B. Pepperman of Granbury, Texas; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Edward J. Thomas. The family will be at 123 Elwood Ave., Norfolk. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
