A graveside funeral service will be held today at Sunset Hills Cemetery in Bellevue, Wash., for Suzanne Scheurer Offley, 40, of Mercer Island who passed away suddenly Oct. 3, 1994.
A native of France, Mrs. Offley emigrated to the United States following her engagement to Ed Offley. They lived in Norfolk during 1981-85 where her husband was an associate editor of The Ledger-Star following their marriage in 1979.
Other survivors include two daughters, Elaine Catherine Offley, 12, and Andrea Carolina Offley, 3; her mother, Mrs. Rose Scheurer of Vulbens, France; and sister, Catherine Poonawala of Chantilly, France.
Green Funeral Home, of Belleuve, is in charge.
Donations may be made to a favorite charity.
