Walter Wallace Danner, 76, of the 3100 block of Herbert St., a retired assembly line worker, died October 8, 1994.
He was a native of Chesapeake and had worked for the Ford Motor Company. He was also a Baptist and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
He is survived by one daughter, Sandra D. Cockrell of Chesapeake; one son, Robert L. Danner of Virginia Beach; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, by the Rev. Bass. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park, Virginia Beach. Friends may join the family at the funeral home today from 7 to 8:30 p.m., and other times at 1336 Teresa Drive, Chesapeake.
