Ruby C. Bibb, 94, a homemaker, died Oct. 14, 1994, in Lynn Shores Nursing Home.
Mrs. Bibb was born in Norfolk and was the widow of Charles L. Bibb. She was a Baptist.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Louise B. Shepherd and Melvin J. Shepherd of Virginia Beach; two grandchildren, John Shepherd of Chesapeake and Steven Shepherd of Virginia Beach; and five great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Rosewood Memorial Park by the Rev. Warren Wilson. Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, is handling arrangements.
