RONALD NACHMAN HYMAN

Ronald Nachman Hyman, 65, a resident of Virginia Beach and former sales representative with John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Co., died Saturday, Oct. 15, 1994, at his home.

Mr. Hyman, a native of Norfolk was the son of Minnie Berlin Hyman and the late Jack Hyman. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He joined John Hancock in 1961 and during his career achieved membership in the John Hancock President's Club as well as the John Hancock Hall of Fame. After his retirement in 1992, he volunteered for the Meals on Wheels program for the Jewish Family Service of Tidewater. He was a charter member of Temple Israel, and current member of Ohef Sholom Temple in Norfolk, and Brith Sholom.

Survivors include his wife, Sally Marx Hyman; three daughters, Sheryl Sieracki of Annapolis, Md., Lori Glasser of Norfolk, Kathy Rosenbach of Virginia Beach; a son, Richard Hyman of Boston, Mass.; his mother, Minnie Berlin Hyman of Norfolk; and seven grandchildren.

Services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Monday Oct. 17, 1994 in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts. Norfolk Chapel, by Rabbi Lawrence A. Foreman. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the residence, 278 Hatteras Ct. in Virginia Beach. Memorial donations may be made to The Jewish Family Service of Tidewater, The American Cancer Society, or Ohef Sholom Temple.
