Robert Neal Muncher, 34, an MK-1, died Oct. 14, 1994, in his residence.
Mr. Muncher was born in Wilmington, Del. He was employed by the U.S. Coast Guard for 15 years.
Survivors include his wife, Tammie J. Muncher; a daughter, Heather Muncher, and a son, Brandon Muncher, both of Norfolk; her parents, Karola Muncher and Jack Muncher of Newark, Del.; and a sister, Elizabeth Muncher of Dayton, Ohio.
A funeral will be conducted at 5 p.m. Tuesday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by Chaplain Bob Adair. Burial will be private. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. Memorial donations may be made to Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters.
