With the November election nearing, the television commercials are appearing. Merging the themes can be fun.
Congressman Owen Pickett of the 2nd District has a commercial stating that he votes in line with President Clinton when the president is right, and against the president when he is wrong. Jim Chapman, challenger for the seat, has a television commercial that states the congressman votes with the president 86 percent of the time.
Combining the content of the two commercials, am I supposed to believe Bill Clinton has been right 86 percent of the time?
