Juanita DeMaio Butt, 86, a retired registered nurse, died Oct.16, 1994, at her residence.
Mrs. Butt was born in Norfolk. She graduated from the old St. Vincent DePaul Hospital School of Nursing and was retired from a hospital in Salem. She was Catholic and was the widow of Hugh Butt.
Survivors include a daughter, Rita Butt of the residence; a son, Randolph Butt of Salem; a sister, Augustine DeMaio Huber of Chesterfield, Mo.; two brothers, John J. DeMaio and Carmine J. DeMaio, both of Norfolk; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service be will at 2 p.m. Wednesday in St. Mary's Cemetery, Norfolk. A Christian wake service will be held at 7 p.m. today in Lotz Funeral Home, Salem.
