A group billing itself as a reform-oriented slate swept all seven officers' positions of Teamsters Local 822. In the local's first-ever mail-in balloting, about half of 1,650 Teamster members voted. Elected were: David Vinson, president and business agent; Bill Haley, secretary/treasurer; Lisa DelDonna, vice president; Mark Lusk, recording secretary; and trustees Mario Lisi, Steve Moyer and James Wright. Local 822 represents workers at about 20 companies in Hampton Roads, including UPS, Tarmac, Gwaltney and the major freight companies. The officers will take their positions Jan. 1. by CNB
